If you aren't satisfied with a product, it can be returned or exchanged within 7 days after receiving the package. You can return or exchange the product if it wasn't used, doesn't have any wear and tear signs, and still has its factory tags attached. Make sure you save your documents confirming the purchase (electronic product receipt).

The seller must examine the returned product to ensure it hasn't been used, damaged, and fully complies with all the return requirements. If there are any defects not provided for in the Return Form, the seller may appoint an expert examination.

If the customer isn't satisfied with the product's color, style, or size, he can exchange or return the goods of excellent quality at his own expense.

We examine each returned product. The procedure may take from one to two days, excluding the day we receive the refund. As soon as the product is verified, we process your refund. If you paid with your bank card, you will get your money back within one week, depending on your bank or the payment system.

During product return, you must fill out the Return Form and include it in the return package. We insert the Return Form in each original order.
